Water bottles, packaged/local snacks, locally made cookies and other suitable items can add extra shop income without changing the Jaggery Adda beverage recipe. Use realistic local purchase costs for these items.
The calculator uses the current standard tea batch: 2.5 L milk + 1.75 L water + 0.5 kg premix = 4.25 L output. A conservative 55 ml serving is used and required batches are rounded upward.
